Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments/bookings. A 50% deposit is required to finalize your booking. Cancellation/Rescheduling Window: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Cancellations made within [24/48] hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up ("no-show"), will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Payment Terms: Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the card on file. Arrival Policy: Please arrive [5-10] minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than minutes late, it may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee may apply.
